A great burger is in the details.

 

Being at a world class hotel certainly has its advantages.  A lot of companies desire to business with you just to put your name on their resume.  We are fortunate to have one of the premier butchers in the country producing our ground beef.  You may ask yourself “so what it’s just a burger”, well that’s exactly the way we got to be great, by looking at even the smallest detail and being able to bring the best the farmers fisherman and butchers have to offer.  Pat LaFrieda is a fourth generation butcher and truly “get’s it”.  He doesn’t add fillers and doesn’t take short cuts.  As a result our cliental gets to experience a truly delicious burger.  And if you coming in I highly recommend that you get it with the fried egg on top, it ridiculously good!
