Kevin Cristbrook, Neighbor

Kevin is one of the founders and broker owner of Shain Park, REALTORS® in Birmingham, Michigan. Kevin’s experience as a consistent top producer in real estate has resulted in success at the very top of the industry. He has been a highly regarded REALTOR® and Broker for over 20 years ranking in the highest percentile of all real estate professionals nationwide and ranking 11th of all REALTORS® in North America with his former company. Kevin has his ABR designation and is certified with multiple relocation firms throughout the world. Kevin also sits on the GMAR Government Affairs Committee meeting with and educating legislators on a local, state and national level.

While supervising and mentoring the agents at Shain Park, REALTORS®, Kevin enjoys his positions as a past chair of Cranbrook Schools largest annual fundraiser Kaleidoscope raising over $500,000. Kevin, along with Shain Park, Realtors®, is extremely proud to be a major donor to the GMAR campaign and fundraising efforts in support of Guardian Angels Medical Service Dogs since its inception in 2016. Kevin is the immediate past President of the Board of Trustees at the Birmingham Village Players where he has been a member for more than 18 years. Kevin also serves as resident pianist and has performed in many productions at Village Players as he studied music in Austria and is an accomplished classically trained pianist.

Kevin is a graduate of Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, California with a Bachelors degree in business and pre-med.
