Barrio to Host 'Dealing With the Stars' Casino Night

Happy Wednesday everyone! It's that much closer to the weekend, so let's look ahead to what's going on in and around Birmingham with today's Weekend Spotlight:

• Cost: $100 per person; tables for eight are available for $1,500 ($4,000 worth of playing chips)
  
• Why Go: Barrio, in partnership with Wish Upon A Teen — a nonprofit helping teens who have experienced life-altering events — will be hosting the first "Dealing With the Stars" casino night Saturday. Rhonda Walker of Local 4 News will emcee an evening of food, dancing and casino games. Dealers will include local celebrities, such as Dennis Archer Jr., Ben Sharkey and more. The evening will also include a silent auction. Each person receives $500 worth of playing chips with their $100 ticket. Cocktail attire is recommended.
