The Community House in Birmingham is offering a one session "Leadership Essenstials: How to Conduct Productive Meetings." During this class instructor, Tara Kachaturoff, host of Michigan Entrepreneur, will show you effective meeting management.  You will learn how to prepare for meetings, encourage participation, and conduct meetings.  She will also touch briefly on virtual meetings.
