Truck and Bus Exhibit at Buick Automotive Gallery at Sloan Museum. October 26, 2013 – March 30, 2014 Partnering with General Motors, Sloan Museum will host a special exhibit at Buick Automotive Gallery featuring the workhorses of the automotive world – pick-up trucks.

Make Winter Solstice Crafts at the Malletts Creek Library. Celebrate this winter solstice and make a beautiful snow-covered evergreen tree!
Breakfast with Santa at Detroit Zoo. Enjoy a buffet style breakfast with your family and then visit with Santa. There are plenty of photo opportunities. Zoo admission is included in the cost of tickets for this event, so stay and visit the zoo after the delicious breakfast.

Sunday, December 22: HOLIDAY CRAFTS (ART ALA CARTE) at Livonia Public Library. Dec 4 through Dec 22 during library hours Drop by the Children’s department and create some festive holiday crafts (samples, instructions, and materials provided by the library). Adult supervision is required, especially for young children.
