I’ll admit – writing isn’t my strongest skill, which is why my background is completely immersed in engineering; I graduated in 2010 from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. Shortly thereafter, I started work with General Motors, in its Aerodynamics group.

As an avid car enthusiast, it’s exciting for me to be living in the Motor City. Now that Spring has finally arrived (or is trying to), it is hard to not spot a fantastic looking classic or exotic driving up Woodward. While GM’s Alfred P. Sloan had aimed to offer cars to “fit every purse and purpose”, with impromptu parking lot car shows, the Telegraph Road cruises, the legendary Woodward Dream Cruise, the Hot Rod Power Tour, the Concours d’Elegance of America – any car buff’s addiction can be satisfied.
So… what do I hope to accomplish here? I hope to raise Automotive Awareness – because everyone needs to be aware of the sweet 1969 Chevelle sitting in front of the Hunter House.
