The city will be presenting plaques to more than 35 Birmingham homeowners whose homes are at least 100 years old.
Light refreshments will be provided and the Birmingham Historical Museum will be open for attendees to tour the museum.
The event is sponsored by the Friends of the Birmingham Historical Museum and the City of Birmingham Historic District Study Committee.
