The Birmingham City Commission Candidate Forum begins at 7 p.m. at the Baldwin Public Library.

On the ballot are:

  • Rackeline Hoff
  • Mark Nickita
  • Stuart Sherman
  • Vicki Walsh
Three of the four candidates submitted their nominating petitions within a day or two of the Aug. 13 deadline, according to the Oakland County Clerk's Office.
