About 6 inches of snow fell on Birmingham on Tuesday night and into Wednesday morning, .

However, that didn't stop Birmingham residents. The took to the streets throughout the night, cleaning most streets by mid-afternoon. The parking ban was lifted and went on as usual. And kids staved off snow day boredom by visiting the local sledding hill in .
