Why Go: Celebrate the area's rich cultural diversity this weekend at Troy's "Who's My Neighbor" International Festival. Area residents from various countries — from Brazil to Cameroon to Ireland — will be showing off traditional dances, music, cuisine as well as a special Parade of Nations at the Zion Christian Church on Livernois.
