5 Things To Know This Week: Cyber Safety Night, Pre-Passover Ladies Night Out

Here's what's going on in Birmingham this week.

  1. High school exam week: This week is exam week for students at both and . So besides reminding your kids to study, remember: high school students will attend the full day Monday and Tuesday, attend only in the morning Wednesday and Thursday and there is no school for high school students Friday.
  2. : The Michigan Attorney General's office will give a presentation about cyber safety, cyber bullying, social networking and online predators at at 7 p.m. Thursday. The event, presented alongside the Michigan Cyber Safety Initiative and the Birmingham Community Education Council, is perfect for parents of elementary, middle or high school-aged students.
  3. : Looking for a night out? Partners in Torah will host a Pre-Passover Ladies Night Out tonight at the beginning at 6:30 p.m. Enjoy a cooking demonstration and tasting by Susie Fishbein. Hors d'oeuvres and wine will be provided by Quality Kosher Catering while Rabbi Leiby Burnham will take a deeper look into seder foods.
