Beztak Announces All Seasons Of Birmingham Groundbreaking

Beztak, a Farmington Hills-based property management company for multi-family residential and commercial properties, broke ground on All Seasons of Birmingham, a highly anticipated, independent senior living community located in the heart of Birmingham. Several of the community’s future residents and local dignitaries, including Mayor Moore, were present to celebrate the ceremonial groundbreaking. Jerry Beznos, partner of Beztak, made the announcement.

Set to open in early 2015, All Seasons of Birmingham, located at 820 E. Maple Road, will offer a rental carefree living alternative complimented by an extraordinary array of community spaces designed to the highest standard for quality and innovation. Notable amenities at All Seasons of Birmingham include: an enlivening common room oasis made of a seamless glass wall, a roof top terrace and sky lounge overlooking downtown Birmingham, a high-tech theater and lecture hall and an intimate bistro bar, as well as a full service hair salon and daily fine dining offerings prepared by a chef. Additionally, eight uniquely appointed live-work apartment units with street-level access offer a convenient opportunity for residents to operate small businesses out of their homes.

"After living in my condo for 25 years, I decided I was ready to make a change and All Seasons of Birmingham really stood out to me," said future resident Shay Pendray, a former host on the PBS television show Needle Arts Studio. "Right away I loved the people I was in contact with and the convenience of living in downtown Birmingham is very enticing to me. I also have a lot interests and energy and the community really caters to my active lifestyle."

Already highly anticipated, the 131-unit property has received 40 applications for residence.

"This opportunity is very exciting for us," said Sam Beznos, principal at Beztak. As we've developed more senior properties in Metro Detroit, we realized there was a demand for more urban locations. Many of today's seniors are active and enjoy having commercial building and retail stores around them, so we thought downtown Birmingham would be a great location for them; luxury residential living with commercial and retail conveniences just steps away."
