Somm(elier) SLAM III

Join us for our third Som(melier) Slam. Thus far, our first two SLAMs have been packed and extremely well received. Guests have tasted, dined and been dazzled by great food, wine and camaraderie. At each dinner, the sommeliers have brought their best pairings and Tallulah's chefs prepared amazing cuisine. The upcoming Slam is sure to be another fantastic time, surely an event not to be missed. 

Somm(elier) SLAMS are four-course wine dinners focused on the art of pairing. In the upcoming dinner, Tallulah's proprietor, Mindy VanHellemont, and Amanda Danielson of Trattoria Stella will go head to head for this wine pairing challenge. Course by course Mindy and Amanda will present their strongest pairings to complement dishes prepared by Tallulah's culinary team. And dining guests will select their favorites pairing after each course. 

As part of the festivities, the winner of the challenge will go home with bragging rights and a donation by Tallulah to a charity of their choice. For the upcoming challenge, Mindy's charity is a local Birmingham 501c3, The Bottomless Toy Chest. Amanda's charity is Share Our Strength.
