The event, led by Ann Arbor's Lori Fithian, was held Dec. 10 at The Community House.

"In a circle, everyone is equidistant from the center, a perfect symbol of harmony and equality," said Rabbi Boruch Cohen of the Chai Center. "Drumming with Lori reinforces that togetherness. This brotherhood and sisterhood is the true aim of authentic spirituality. And besides, it's really fun."
