Ice Cream Social for Baldwin Center

Save the evening of Thursday July 26 for an ice cream social to benefit the Baldwin Center. Goldner Walsh Garden & Home will host the fundraiser, which starts at 7:30pm. Guests will be treated to strolling desserts (ice cream from Cook’s Farm Dairy, cupcakes from Just Baked, and cake pops from Lila Cordelia’s Desserts) and lemonade in the garden and gazebo area of the nursery, with chamber music being played live.

A raffle will be held simultaneously of elegant prizes. The grand prize is a one-night, all-inclusive stay at the premier Royal Park Hotel in Rochester. Other prizes being raffled include a stay at the Marriott Centerpoint in Auburn Hills, a flat-screen TV, a printer, a video camera, a basket of hair products with gift certificate, and an elegant piece of jewelry.

Admission to the evening social is $10, which includes all refreshments and one raffle ticket for the grand prize. Additional raffle tickets are being sold for $5 each, or an arm’s length for $20. Individuals and groups should contact Alex Plum to RSVP by calling 248.332.6101 or emailing aplum@baldwincenter.org.
