Concert & Reception at St. James Birmingham

On Sunday, April 17, at 4 p.m., the choir and soloists of St. James Episcopal Church will present a concert and reception.  The public is warmly invited to enjoy Mozart's richly variegated Vespers K. 339 and Haydn's Nelson Mass -- which was performed for the celebrated Admiral during a visit to Vienna in 1800.  The Michigan Sinfonietta will accompany, conducted by Glenn Burdette.  A reception will follow the performance in the church's Centennial Hall.  A freewill offering will be taken.  Visit stjamesbirmingham.org or further information, or call 248-644-0820.
