Let's act quickly when Mr. Duany report arrives

Birmingham recently spent $21K for Mr. Duany to return, 18 years after his original visit and resulting 2016 plan.  Suggest that the BCC block out the first hour of the next 4 city commission meetings to go through his follow up report- then, act quickly (i.e. the January 2015 planning meeting) to implement the low cost, easy suggestions.  In short, do not hold up everything, get the small & inexpensive things in ASAP and debate the big ticket items separately.
