Community Update
Ive been on children's AT&T cell phone family plan for four years. I've always turned it off to charge it. When fully charged, I unplug it and leave it off. Now, for the past two weeks, when I go to turn the cell phone on in the morning, its already on! They're trying to tell me this is normal. Hasn't been up until two weeks ago! I do not believe the Rep. at the Official AT&T store was, to say the least, being 'accurate'. I can't find a way to talk to a real official! Can anyone help. AT&T making me frustrated!!
