Laura, can you please confirm if they plan to paint the entire front of 307 S. Main gold or just the wood trim? It would not look good next to the yellow Native American store next door and it would be a shame to paint over perfectly good 105 year old brick.

Hey Laura, how do I change our patch listing? I claimed it, but don't see a function to do so.

A "Traditional Irish Wake" will be held for a dear friend Thursday, Jan. 13th 5pm
In keeping with the tradition of O'Connor's Public House (Doolin Ireland) we have decided to follow suit and leave "Gus" behind, moving forward as “O’Connor’s Public House”. Here in “Rochester” we also feel that our level of Food, Service and most of all Clientele is better described by "O'Connor's Public House". This subtle name change is a reflection of our evolution over the past 5 years and a commitment to our guest that we will strive to be the best.
Now for the not so serious part that you have come to love from Us!
The Irish wake will begin somewhere in Rochester with Gus’ casket (full of beer of course) lead down Main Street to “O’Connor’s Public House” by Father Shamus O’Connor, bag pipers and all that would care to join. Upon arrival Father Shamus will read the eulogy and last "Will and Testament" followed by one hell of a toast. The evening will round out with Traditional Irish songs from Tartanius Flynn and yes of course Arthur Guinness & John Jameson will be in attendance!
Parties interested in being a part of the procession need only stay tuned as meeting place & time will be posted closer to event date.

Laura, great job on the Rockin' Cupcakes article. You captured the essence of the rock n roll flavor. The cupcakes are great also.
