  Dick's really is authentic! It is a genuine Guiness Pub imported from Great Britain and assembled by a local contractor. Great place! We're lucky to have it. And since the smoking ban, it's even better! Check out the streetside deck in warmer months.

  It is worth noting that the PSD is a taxing authority that collects money from property owners in the Central Business District and then spends it on such things as advertising, downtown decorations sidewalk clearing and retail recruiting services.
