The Birmingham Farmers Market celebrating everything corn Sunday at its annual Corn Festival.
About 3,000 people made their way through the Birmingham Farmers Market on Sunday during the annual Corn Festival. Ears of corn, peaches, tomatoes, flowers and more were purchased in mass quantities by residents of Birmingham and neighboring communities. Beverly Hills resident Katy Barich came to the Farmers Market with her family, leaving with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a few other goodies. "I love the market," Barich said. "I like that there is such a good representation from local farmers, but also artists and specialty items available. There's just a really good variety." The Farmers Market takes place every Sunday from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. in municipal parking No. 6, off of North Old Woodward Avenue. To see who will be there next …
