5 Things To Know This Week: Levin, Bentivolio Coming to Town; Spring Break Starts

Here's what you need to know about Birmingham this week.

Legislative Reception Wednesday: Speak with Birmingham's elected officials at the federal, state, county and local level this week at the Townsend Hotel, including U.S. Rep. Sander Levin and U.S. Rep. Kerry Bentivolio. The event starts at 6 p.m..; hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar are included. Tickets are $25 for chamber members and $30 for non-members. Spring break starts this week: Spring break officially starts Friday for students at Birmingham Public Schools. There is no school that day for students or staff, with classes resuming April 8.
