CAVEAT EMPTOR. I send my Maurice Lacroix watch for repair there in December 2011; a quote for $ 440 was given and despite my watch being not expensive, this watch was with me for 20 years. In July, on a trip, the watch stopped. I though it was battery loss. Sent it back there confiding I had at least one year warranty. They called back telling me I had to pay for the repair; I bitterly complained. Today the manager called and told me I had dropped or struck the watch, and despite my assurance this was nor tthe case, and the very little use of the watch, we got in a nasty conversation. I TOLD THEM THIS WAS THE MOST CLEVER EXCUSE FOR NOT HONORING THEIR WARRANTY. They can tell this to anyone who calls in a similar case, simply claiming falsely you damaged the watch. Believe me, STAY VERY WELL AWAY FROM THIS UNSCRUPULOUS PEOPLE. No decency or integrity. No matter how careful you are, they always get you!
