The Dailey Method
The Dailey Method is a fitness studio and program that blends elements of core conditioning, ballet barre work, yoga, muscle strengthening and orthopedic exercises. Classes last 60 minutes and are designed to tone, strengthen and align. Classes are open to all fitness and skill levels. The facility features a large studio, showers, an athletic apparel boutique and on-site childcare.
