Great people (honest) and got the job done several times now on different computers. Give 'em an A+ !

We had ongoing computer issues for several months... spent hours upon hours on the phone with "tech support" ( an oxymoron) at Norton (India), Microsoft (dunder heads in serveral locations in the states and abroad) and even Avast (India). Continuously our issues would return within a day... My Jennifer near her breaking point! I contacted Birmingham Geek, felt comfortable with what I was told on the phone and subsequently took the main computer right to their store downtown B'ham. Not only did they explain what could be the problem(s), but were fair in their charge to determine what issues we had. The next day they phoned and said we had a "blue screen issue" caused by something realatively minor (repair wise). The cost was VERY reasonable, the service was timely, and they went the extra mile to make certain we would not have further issues.
All computer things are now good (and its been several weeks running like a clock)... no more hour + long calls to India (waste of time) and I left their store with a secure feeling- that was nice for a change.
I highly recomend Birmingham Geek and the honest and courteous gentlemen that work there.

Confidence in Team B.Geek is well-placed. My first reliance on them won't be my last. On-site service by Eric Lindow was performed knowledgeably and diligently at a fair fee, as well as a no-charge follow-up at the shop to resolve a pesky issue. An interim work-around solution avoided downtime for my home-based business.

Phone and in-person contacts with Joe also confirmed a high level of professionalism and conscientiousness. These guys took responsibility for 100-percent customer satisfaction, which is what they earned.
