Performing concerts throughout the Detroit Metro area, the Birmingham-Bloomfield Symphony Orchestra provides area residents with the opportunity to experience quality performances by professional musicians. Founded in 1975, the group has been recognized as the "Most Outstanding Community Orchestra in Southeastern Michigan," and performs community outreach through its various educational programs, including a Young Artist Competition and the Adopt-A-School program.
