'Hats Off' Dr. Seuss Event And More in Birmingham This Weekend

Hats Off to the Museum 

Fans of Dr. Seuss and fun reading in general will not want to miss this free, kids-friendly event starting at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Birmingham Historical Museum. Co-sponsored with the Baldwin Public Library, the "Hats Off at the Museum" program will feature a reading of "The 500 Hats of Bartholomew Cubbins" and a fun hat-making activity. Register at 248-530-1928.

Personal Ceramics at Lil' Rascals

Are you good at creating things with your hands? Join a personalized ceramic tile event for all ages, and even dogs at 10 a.m. at Lil' Rascals -580 N. Farmers Market

The Birmingham Farmers Market continues its 11th season Sunday from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at  municipal Parking Lot 6, north of Harmon on the east side of North Old Woodward Avenue, across from Booth Park. For more information, visit birminghamfarmersmarket.org.
