Seaholm's 90th Anniversary

Seaholm High School hosts it's 90th anniversary celebration, starting with a parade and pep rally beginning Thursday, Oct. 17. The big football game and dance are slated for Friday and Saturday, and check back with Birmingham Patch for more coverage.

Marshall Fredericks 

Marilyn Wheaton, Director of the Marshll M. Fredericks Sculpture Museum at Saginaw Valley State University, will discusses the life and works of Marshall Fredericks and his strong Birmingham ties at 7 p.m. Oct. 15.

Kenning Park

Birmingham’s Department of Public Services will host a public workshop to help develop a Kenning Park master plan at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 17. The workshop will be in the DPS Conference Room, located at 851 South Eton.

Battle for Birmingham, Oct. 18

Both of Birmingham’s high school football teams Groves and Seaholmcurrently undefeated, will face each other in the only matchup of the season at 7 p.m., Oct. 18. As if bragging rights and positioning for the OAA Blue League weren’t enough, the game is also Seaholm’s homecoming.
