Seaholm Takes 4th in Girls Cross Country Final

Junior Aubrey Wilberding's 11th place finish helps Seaholm finish in top five at state championships.

It was a good day at the Michigan International Speedway for the girls of the cross country team, after the team took home fourth place at the state finals.

Junior Aubrey Wilberding placed among the top 20 girls, finishing 11th. In total, the Seaholm girls team had four runners place among the top 50.

Meanwhile, the Seaholm boy's team's only runner, senior Zack Demko, finished in 42nd place. In Division 2, Detroit Country Day sent one runner to finals, while sent three runners to state finals in Division 4.

The following are the results from Birmingham schools in each division. Seaholm was the only participating Birmingham school in Division 1, while Detroit Country Day runners competed in Division 2 and Roeper ran in Division 4.
