Holy Name Students Get Wild About Reading

Animal Magic brought several wild guests to Holy Name last week to kick off the Birmingham private school's Reading Month.

The students at Birmingham's Holy Name Catholic School kicked off their month-long celebration of reading last week with a special jungle-themed party featuring plenty of wild guests.

Animal Magic's Mark Rosenthal visited the Birmingham Catholic school last Friday in honor of Holy Name's Reading Month.

The school has been transformed into a paper rainforest chock full of hanging vines and brightly-colored animals. Rosenthal brought plenty of his own animals on Friday, including a sloth, tarantula and iguana, and taught students about preserving rainforest life.
