This fun class will explore your habitat from the eyes of the insects and wildlife that coexist in your backyard. Design a garden from a different perspective where plants not only serve the eye for beauty but are functional and help to keep our wildlife, insects, and plant community in place for future generations. Michael Saint, certified master gardener, is the owner of Good Earth Landscape Institute. He is a member of the Michigan Wildflower Association, the National Wildlife Federation, Remineralize the Earth Foundation, and the Master Gardener Program of Oakland County. The National Wildlife Association has certified his gardens as wildlife habitat. He has been a repeated guest of National Public Radio’s “Detroit Today” and lectures throughout the state on various horticultural topics.
