The Community House in Birmingham is offering you a chance how to learn to make memorable sauces both sweet and savory tonight. You will learn how to make a quick chicken dish with a shallot and mushroom sauce, how to make a balsamic syrup, how to poach pears and use the poaching liquid to make an outstanding vinaigrette and finish with a warm caramel sauce to serve over walnut cake.
