Harmonica 101

If you always wanted to play the blues, country or folk music on the harmonica, this hands-on workshop is the place to start. You don’t need to know how to read music to play harmonica in this group setting. You’ll learn by using the harmonica tablature system. A $25 materials fee payable to instructor, includes a harmonica, and instruction book with CD and DVD.
Phillip Lloyd has taught basic harmonica classes at various community education locations, and college continuing education programs since 1993. He has attended harmonica workshops and seminars including Augusta Heritage Workshops, Davis & Elkins, and College Blues Week for seven summers.
