Easter Brunch Cooking Class
Chef Pam Gustairs will lead this cooking class that will teach you to create some great Easter Brunch and dinner items. She will demonstrate how to make: crème brulee French toast with a mixed berry sauce; a goat cheese, sausage, caramelized onion and sun-dried tomato quiche; parmesan roasted potatoes; salad Elizabeth with grilled chicken; and creamy, light lemon-berry parfaits for dessert.
