Howard Hanna Real Estate Expands Presence in Michigan

A new office serving Birmingham and Bloomfield is the company's ninth in the state. Other offices are being planned in Plymouth/Northville, Rochester Hills and Farmington Hills.

Howard Hanna Real Estate Services is opening its newest Michigan office in Birmingham-Bloomfield. This prime location in the area represents a significant investment in the eastern Michigan real estate market, the company said in a news release.

The Birmingham-Bloomfield office is the ninth Howard Hanna office in Michigan.

The new space is 2,700 square feet with space for more than 25 agents. The following agents have joined the office: Kim Cabney, Craig Joeright, Jacob Leiva, Kristin Neilson, Rob Schroder and Matthew Yanosek.

The space will be upscale and modern, with all the amenities required for Howard Hanna Realtors. Three additional office locations are planned for Southeast Michigan with Plymouth/Northville, Rochester Hills and Farmington Hills under consideration.

“We’re excited about opening in the Birmingham-Bloomfield area as a part of our strategic growth throughout greater Detroit,” said Howard W. “Hoby” Hanna, IV, president of the company’s Midwest Region.

Managing the Birmingham-Bloomfield office will be Yelena Pliskina, who has almost nine years experience working in Michigan real estate. Pliskina received her MBA with a focus in information system management and her undergraduate degree in marketing ,anagement. She is active in the local community and excited to be managing the Birmingham office, and to be growing it into a top office in the region.
