Police arrested Sebree, of Madison Heights, Wednesday following the robbery of a TCF Bank branch in Royal Oak. He allegedly fled the bank while police were on their way, and led officers on a high-speed vehicle chase through Berkley, Beverly Hills and Southfield before crashing at 11 Mile Road near Greenfield.

Authorities said he matches the description of the suspect believed to be responsible for a robbery spree that started in Madison Heights on Dec. 20 and included seven other heists in Oakland County. The crimes include the and the March 13 heist at the Independence Bank in Beverly Hills.
