I'm still not sure under what name I'm signed in. No one to actually communicate with!! Secondly, I'm watching costly new homes being built in Birmingham, Mi on apparently 50 ft. lots or smaller and then putting a fence near the property lines. I pity the poor residents who are stuck next to these new homes. It would seem if they pull into their own driveway and attempt to get out to enter their own side doors, it is quite a challenge. What a shame. I'm not really into living somewhere for 'property values' but the apparent devaluing of their properties seem totally unfair. Do we not have any ordinance to prevent this?
