Free Legal Aid Clinic

While adults get free legal aid, kids will enjoy bouncing in giant inflatables and eating free hot dogs and ice cream. Local radio personalities will broadcast live and local musicians will perform.

For the 25th consecutive year, Birmingham-based law firm Goodwin & Scieszka is sponsoring a free legal aid clinic called “Law Day.” On Saturday, June 9, 25 attorneys will donate their time to give free legal advice on all areas of the law. In addition to pro bono counseling, visitors get free hot dogs, prizes (including 3 bicycles), and free bike safety helmets for all children.

Since the event began, Goodwin & Scieszka have donated 10,000 free safety helmets. Every child attending will also be entered to win one of 3 BMX bikes to be given away. Other prizes include Tiger baseball tickets.
