Women's Power Breakfast

One of the year’s most anticipated events, the 21st
annual Women’s Power Breakfast, is set for Wednesday, April 2, 2014 from
7:00-9:00 am at Gleaners Community Food Bank’s (Gleaners) Detroit Distribution
Center.  Over 500 of southeast Michigan’s
most prominent female business, civic and community leaders will gather in
support of Gleaners effort to provide 1 Million Meals for children across
southeast Michigan this spring.

Attendees at the Breakfast will have the opportunity
to hear from National Geographic photographer Maggie Steber, one of 11
prominent female photojournalists whose work will be featured in Women of
Vision, a multi-media exhibit presented nationally by The PNC Financial
Services Group, Inc., and coming to the Cranbrook Institute of Science this
September.
