  Learn about the materials and techniques of both traditional and water-based oils.This class is for the beginner and continuing student. Taught by Carolyn Masnari, BFA, art educator with 15 years experience and professional artist of 30 years.Materials not included. Materials discussion on August 14th for new students.  Register by 8/7/13. Wednesdays August 14th – Sept. 25th, 6:30-9, $120, ages 18+
