It also analyzes the Pros and Cons of getting into business; starting from scratch, buying an existing business or starting a franchise business. The segment also explores various franchise considerations, financing considerations and how to conduct “due diligence” to select the RIGHT business.




Business Succession Planning: “Planning for the Short and Long Term”




This segment will address the entrepreneurs need to plan for the potential death, disability, divorce or creditor problems of the owners of the business.  Short and long term planning strategies will be considered by looking at “Buy Sell Agreements,” “Operating Agreements” and proper estate planning procedures.
