Just in time for Sweetest Day, Tapper’s Diamonds and Fine Jewelry, welcomes beloved jewelry designer Penny Preville to its West Bloomfield location. Preville will personally showcase her collection at a trunk show from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012. Tapper’s will treat those in attendance to delicious cupcakes and Cosmopolitans.
