Weekend Weather: Warm Weather, Chance of Thunderstorms

Get ready for a weekend with warm weather and a chance of thunderstorms.

The warmer temperatures from the week continue into this weekend, though there may be a chance more thunderstorms may also be on the way.

According to the National Weather Service, the high Saturday will be 78 degrees. There will be areas of fog before 10 a.m., but after that the skies are expected to open up and be sunny the rest of the day. The wind could gust up to 18 miles per hour.

Saturday night, there's a chance of showers and thunderstorms as the low dip down to 56 degrees. The chance of precipitation is 30 percent.

On Sunday, the chance of storms continue. The chance of precipitation is 40 percent all day, with a high near 73 degrees. If it's not raining, the skies are expected to remain cloudy all day.

Sunday night there's again chance of rain and thunderstorms. Looking ahead to Monday morning, the day looks to be clear and partly sunny with a high of 75 degrees.
