Who says it's spring?

The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for 3 a.m. to noon Monday, warning of "quickly accumulating snowfall" that could become heavy at times and affect the morning commute.

The intensity of this snowfall should allow for fast accumulations, with 1-3 inches  inches of snow likely covering area roads, the advisory states. Snow accumulations will be the heaviest between the Ohio border and M-59, according to the warning.
