Updated 11 p.m.: Power was restored to the homes that experienced an outage earlier Thursday.
More than 1,300 customers are without power in Birmingham and Beverly Hills this evening, according to the DTE Outage Map. More than 1,000 residents in subdivisions along Evergreen Road between Maple and 13 Mile Road lost power at about 5:20 p.m., and no estimated restoration time was available as of 7 p.m. Another 300 customers further east and on both sides of Maple are also affected.
