Fuel Report: Cheapest Birmingham Gas Falls to $3.71

Temperatures are going to give Birmingham a bit of a break this week, with highs not reaching the 90s until Thursday and Friday. Area gas prices, meanwhile, are also falling.
According to the AAA, the average price for a gallon of gas in Metro Detroit is $3.78 this morning, down from $3.79 a week ago.
In and around Metro Detroit on Monday morning, the cheapest gas can be found in Warren, at $3.39 a gallon, followed by $3.48 a gallon in Lake Orion. Closer to Birmingham, the cheapest price Monday morning was $3.71 at the Speedway on Woodward Avenue.
