5 Things To Know This Week: Election, Rail District Holiday Express

Here's what you need to know about Birmingham this week.

  2. Planning Board meeting Wednesday: The Planning Board will meet at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at . On the agenda are special land use hearings and final site reviews for the city's for 2012, Market and Social Kitchen, as well as the proposed .
  3. : Rail District businesses are gearing up for the holiday season with an open house from 5-9 p.m. Thursday. Cafe Boheme will be performing at Studio D while Robert Dempster's band will be performing on Cole Street.
