Detroit Zoo - January 26
You might never go to the Detroit Zoo during the cold months, but you really should! You'll see things in winter that are truly spectacular.

Many of the animals were indoors, but others love being outside. My favorites were the arctic foxes -- two of them -- that were really curious and cute. There are still lots of decorations from the zoo's Wild Lights holiday display, and a soft blanket of snow makes everything look great.
