Village Players of Birmingham Have Entertained Area Since 1923

A group of Birmingham teenagers founded the organization upon graduation from high school.

The Village Players of Birmingham have a long history in the area.

President of  Board of Trustees Cathleen Badalamenti recently submitted information about the business through the Small Business Spotlight.

Adult and youth community theater.

What's your most popular product or service? 

Our productions - 5 adult productions annually, 2 youth theater productions annually and a youth summer theater arts camp.

What's a fact about your business that most customers probably don't know?

The Birmingham Village Players has been in its current location on Woodward Ave. since 1926. Wallace Frost was the original architect of the building.

A group of Birmingham teenagers founded the organization upon graduation from high school.

Why did you choose the area you did?

They chose this area because they had been involved in theater in high school in Birmingham and wanted to continue their involvement outside of high school.
