Elements is a relative newcomer to Birmingham, opening in February by Michigan-born owner Adam Wilensky.

Unlike other massage services that primarily offer Swedish massages (meant for gentle stress relief and relaxation), massage therapists at Elements — a company based in Highlands Ranch, CO with studios across the country — specialize in deep-tissue massages, prenatal massages, hot stone massages and sports massages.
